We accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-sized or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I ensure I am selecting the correct size?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. Since our silhouettes range from relaxed resort wear to structured pieces, we recommend comparing your measurements against our specific size chart for the best fit.
Are duties and taxes included in international orders?
Customs duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the courier service upon delivery.
How should I care for my Hemant & Nandita garments?
To preserve the intricate embroidery and delicate fabrics, we strictly recommend dry cleaning only for most of our pieces. Please refer to the care label inside your garment for specific instructions.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the production or shipping phase, we are unable to make any further changes.
